Refund Instructions

  1. Please note that the cancellation date is 23:59 Japan time on the same day.

  2. The refund amount will be deducted from the cancellation fee and handling fee (1,100 yen including tax).

  3. If you shorten the number of days after the reservation is confirmed and paid, the shortened number of days will also be charged according to the cancellation regulations.

  4. If you make a major change to your reservation, it will be considered a cancellation and you will need to re-book. In this case, you will still be required to bear the relevant fees according to the cancellation regulations.

  5. If the itinerary is changed or the use of the service is stopped due to personal reasons after departure (including termination of the contract due to accidents caused by the customer), the difference will not be refunded.

  6. Please note that we will not be able to process emails, faxes or phone calls sent outside of business hours.

Delays will incur a delay fee

  1. If you fail to contact us in advance and exceed the scheduled return time, you will need to pay twice the extension fee as late payment.

  2. (For extension fees, please see separate fee information) Please allow plenty of time for your return.

  3. Delay charges will be charged regardless of the reason, such as traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, poor health, etc.

  4. If you are arriving later than your scheduled time, please be sure to call us to let us know you will be arriving later than scheduled.

  5. In the unlikely event that we do not contact you before closing time and the scheduled time is exceeded, the product will be returned after store opening time on the next business day and a one-day extension fee will be charged.

  6. If we do not notify you in advance, you will be required to pay the daily rate plus any excess charges up to that point.

  7. (If the scheduled return time is 18:00 on the same day, but it is returned at 10:00 the next day, there will be a 16-hour delay.)

  8. The rental time must be at least 2 hours apart. If your rental is affected, you will also be responsible for the actual loss.

  9. *Delay fees will only apply if you contact us in advance.

Other important matters

When the reserved vehicle is not available for rent

  • We will promptly carry out the repair work at the designated workshop and endeavour to complete the repair in time before the lease date.

  • If the vehicle cannot be rented out due to an accident or other reasons, we will contact you immediately.

  • We will promptly prepare a replacement vehicle and consult with you.

  • Basically, we will match the same vehicle or upgrade it.

  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to prepare, we will promptly notify the customer and refund the booking deposit.

  • If we can't prepare a compatible vehicle, we may be able to have one prepared for you at a nearby participating store.

Notes on Returning a Car and Refueling

  • When returning the vehicle, please fill up the tank at a designated nearby gas station before returning the vehicle.

  • If for any reason it is determined that the fuel level is not full, our staff will refuel the vehicle at the next rental and the following amount will need to be paid including the refueling agent fee.

  • The price will be more expensive, so be sure to fill up at the gas station before returning.

  • Be careful not to use the wrong type of oil (petrol or diesel).

  • If the oil level is less than 1 tank full: 5,000 yen

  • If the oil level is below 1 bar but above 2 bars: 8,000 yen

  • If the fuel level is less than 2 tanks: 15,000 yen. Please note that this is more expensive, so please be sure to fill up at a gas station before returning the vehicle.

  • Also be careful not to use the wrong type of fuel (petrol or diesel).

Other matters related to returning the car

  • There is no need to clean the interior of the car, but please do not leave garbage in the car.

  • If you use a sink, etc., please dispose of waste water yourself.

  • If the dirt or odor is severe, a special cleaning fee will be charged depending on the severity of the situation.

Things to note when traveling with pets

  • First of all, since this is a rental car, we ask for your cooperation in order to allow a large number of unspecified people to use it comfortably, so please be more careful than if you were driving your own car.

  • If you are travelling with a pet, please make sure to let us know when booking. Optional 20% of the rental vehicle price (pet-friendly vehicles only)

  • To ensure your pet's safety, always place it in your carry-on device when driving.

  • You can only bring pets with you if you register the pet option at the time of rental.

  • If you allow pets without permission, you will be required to pay special cleaning fees and non-operating fees, your membership will be cancelled, and your membership organization/association will be notified, regardless of whether you are a member or not.

  • If you choose to bring your pet along, you will need to pay an additional cleaning fee.

  • Even when the vehicle is stopped, if your pet is not toilet trained, always keep it in a cage in the car.

  • If there is a risk of damaging the equipment or soiling the interior of the vehicle, or if there is severe hair removal or odors, use the cage inside the vehicle even when the vehicle is stopped.

  • If something unusual happens inside the car, please clean it immediately to minimize damage. Also, please notify staff when you return. If the user cleans the room thoroughly, there is no additional charge. However, if stains or odors remain, a special cleaning fee may be charged.

  • If you soil the interior of the vehicle or damage the equipment for any reason during the rental period, please be sure to report it to the staff before returning the vehicle. You will only be responsible for the additional cleaning or repair costs. If you do not report it and we find out, in addition to the cleaning and repair costs, you will also need to pay a business compensation fee of 100,000 yen. We will report it to the industry organization or association and take strict measures.

  • In principle, pets are limited to two cats/small dogs and one medium/large dog, and they must be kept in cages.

  • Even if you have no problem riding in a regular bus, you may experience vomiting or diarrhea when riding in a camper due to the environment, smells, and the way it is shaken. In particular, in many cases, dogs become unwell if they are left alone in a car, and they are more stable and feel better in a cage. Also, take frequent breaks and let them breathe fresh air.

  • Do not place pets on beds (including chairs that double as beds), bunk beds, sinks, or shelves.

  • Never connect the belt to any part of the interior or body of the car as this may cause injury to your pet or damage to the car.

  • If dirt is left in the car for a long time, it will leave an unpleasant smell in the car. If possible, please do not bring it into the car. If there is an unpleasant smell when returning, a special cleaning fee will be charged.

Notes on using services and insurance information

  • 二.關於停車和睡覺

  1. 嚴禁在禁止停車區域停車。另外,在車內睡覺時,根據停車地點有不同的規定,因此請嚴格遵守規定。特別是,高速公路 SA/PA 和路邊車站只是停車場,而不是露營地。近年來,不遵守規則將桌椅留在停車場,或在夜間儘管禁止但仍讓發動機運轉的情況有所增加,在一些地區,露營車因麻煩而無法使用。請繼續遵守規則,以便您以後能夠享受使用露營車的樂趣。

  2. 在車內睡覺時,請務必攜帶睡袋或床墊,並將其放在床下,因為汗水可能會滲入並產生難聞的氣味。如果您未攜帶,可以考慮租用。

  3. 關於電源:

  • ①.车上的家用插座需要在有外接电源(一般需要在收費露營地)的情况下才可使用。车上备有点烟器插座的USB充電口可以供给手机等低功率的電子產品充電。

  • ②.汽車中的電池是有限的。根據車型的不同,可能需要連接到外部充電插座。 (根據車型不同,詳情請諮詢我們的工作人員。) 根據車型的不同,電池可以在行駛時充電,但如果每天行駛的距離較短,备用電池的电量將無法完全充满。此外,根據天氣情況,配備太陽能的車輛可能無法充電。

  2. 車輛寬度根據車種不同,後座空間比駕駛座更寬敞。

  3. 除了主鑰匙外,根據車種有多把鑰匙用於各個門。有些鑰匙無法複製,如遺失,將需要更換整個鎖 體,此時將需負擔更換費用。請注意。

  4. 每輛車都配備各種設備和裝備。請在使用前確認操作方法。過度操作不僅會導致故障,還可能導致事故。

  9. 未成年人或取得駕照不滿1年的人原則上無法駕駛出租車輛。

  10. 辦理出租手續時,除出示駕駛執照的人外,禁止其他人駕駛。

  11. 在出租期間,每輛出租車將保管一輛客戶車輛。然而,如果發生事故、被盜、惡作劇等情況,我們將無法負責,敬請諒解。

  12. 請確認車輛的標準配備,並自行準備所需物品。我們提供租賃和銷售商品,但數量有限。請盡量提前預訂

  13. 請於指定日期前繳清全部租金。恕不接受事後付款。

  14. 導航系統提供的路線僅供參考。對於因路線顯示或時間顯示差異造成的損失,本公司概不負責。此外,地圖軟體可能不是最新版本。

  15. 行車記錄器無法保證在所有情況下都能錄製影像。對於行車記錄器故障或使用造成的損失,以及錄製的影像或數據損壞或損毀造成的損失,本公司概不負責。行車記錄器不保證事故證據的效力。

  16. 若超過預定歸還時間,請務必提前聯繫門店。超過預定歸還時間,無論任何原因(包括事故、交通堵塞、故障等),每輛車都會收取每小時的延遲費用。請在歸還時支付。若未經通知超過本公司最後收車時間(18:00),則需於本公司次營業日開門後歸還,並收取一天的額外費用。從營業開始時間起,每小時收取延遲費用。延遲費用非常高,請務必預留充足時間歸還。

  17. 為了確保下一位租車者有充足的時間,我們在每次租車之間至少保留 2 小時的間隔。但若因您的延遲歸還影響到下一位租車者,您需支付最高 15 萬日元的營業賠償費。

  18. 駕駛時,所有乘客必須坐在座位上,並在有安全帶的座位上繫好安全帶。

  19. 禁止載運不特定人士,禁止用於運輸貨物,禁止用於違法行為。

  20. 若您損壞或故障了車輛、設備或配件,請務必在故障發生時向我們報告。您只需支付修理費用。若您未申報,而我們發現故障,您除了支付修理費用外,還需支付 10 萬日元的營業賠償費,並將事件報告給租車協會和相關組織。

  21. 發生事故時,請優先救助人命,並立即聯繫救護車、警察、保險公司和本公司。即使是單獨事故或看起來不嚴重的事故,也請務必聯繫警察和本公司。未聯繫的情況下,可能無法使用保險。此外,發生事故後,您有義務在當天將車輛歸還到租車門店。事故後不得繼續使用車輛。此外,我們不會退還剩餘天數的租金。請您事先知悉。

  22. 租車前,我們會對車輛和設備進行檢查,但租車期間可能會發生故障。若車輛發生與行駛相關的故障,請將車輛送往最近的車輛經銷商。若設備發生非行駛相關的故障,原則上將在歸還後處理,敬請諒解。若因車輛故障給您帶來不便,我們將根據情況在日後退還部分租金或提供下次租車折扣服務。

  23. 借出車輛可能因上次借出而導致車輛或設備故障。若車輛行駛相關故障,將調換至其他車輛。若不影響行駛的故障,將提供下次折價券作為補償,請見諒。

  24. 關於借出車輛損壞的維修費用,需由使用者自行負責。本公司所註冊的保險僅涵蓋無限的對人對物賠償及最高3,000萬日圓的乘客賠償,不含借出車輛的修復費用。若車輛全損,可能需要支付超過1,000萬日圓的費用。

  25. 請注意各門鎖是否關好。行駛中門未鎖好可能導致意外發生。

  26. 借出期間內產生的交通違規處罰需由使用者自行處理。如遭受處罰,請務必通知本公司。部分違規可能會於後日通知車輛所有者,需由違規者自行處理。

  27. 如需在車中過夜,請注意道路上的危險性。未經許可停放私人地點將被視為非法入侵並受罰。有些收費停車場或道路休息站也禁止在該處過夜。

  28. 請於歸還時不要留下垃圾在車內。(本公司處理費用為每袋20公升500日圓)

  29. 若提前於合約期間內歸還車輛,不提供未使用期間的退款。(但超過10天以上的長期租賃,若提早3天歸還則可獲得一半未使用期間的退款)※不適用於促銷價格或折扣價格。

  30. 我們提供滿箱油的車輛出租。歸還車輛時,請原則上歸還滿箱油。若非滿箱油歸還,將根據附表所列視覺檢查計費金額負擔。請提前知曉此費用較高。

  31. 若有停車違規情況,請前往指定警察局辦理停車違規程序並支付違規罰款。 歸還露營車時,請攜帶「交通違規通知書」和帶有收據日期的「繳款收據」。若無法確認上述資訊,需填寫涉及停車違規的【自認書】,若持有「交通違規通知書」和「繳款收據」,我們將在收取同時规定的違規金和5,500日圓手續費。

  32. 若無聯繫且延遲歸還車輛,或存在涉及犯罪的使用風險,或當使用者的親屬或警方要求搜索時,我們可能會使用公司車輛定位系統來查詢各車輛的位置。

  33. 歸還露營車後,我們不負責遺留物品保管。請務必自行確認。

  34. 對於不遵守注意事項、法律法規或一般常識的惡意使用者,我們將進行嚴格處置,包括法律程序,並向相關組織和協會登記信息。

  35. 關於個人資訊,我們只會用於本事宜,但若根據法律指示要求進行披露,我們可能會根據需要進行披露。

Insurance & Compensation

Camper repairs are very expensive, so be sure to purchase insurance.

The insurance compensation and compensation amount for the Company's vehicles as well as the liability limit for property damage and vehicle have been set as above.

You can apply for liability compensation for 5,500 yen per day, and if damage occurs, the liability amount will be waived.

However, if multiple incidents occur during the same use, only the first incident will apply.

Please note that you cannot place an order or cancel your trip after the departure procedure is completed. Please apply for the Liability Compensation Insurance System before departure.

By joining this system, you will not have to pay the deductible that you would otherwise have to bear if an accident occurred.

Please note! You will be required to bear partial compensation in the following situations:

  1. If you enter a height-restricted area (such as a multi-storey parking lot or a coin-operated parking lot), you will be required to pay 50,000 yen in compensation if an accident occurs.

  2. If a self-injury accident occurs in a parking lot (or other non-public roads), you will be responsible for 50,000 yen in compensation.

  3. Other acts that violate the content published in the lease agreement

Please note! If an accident occurs in the following circumstances, the insurance company will not pay any compensation

  1. If during the lease period, a person other than the person registered as the driver with the Company drives the vehicle

  2. When an accident occurs, you fail to report it to the police and our company immediately (when you are unable to obtain proof of the accident) (including when you privately settle the dispute with the other party)

  3. Accidents caused by unlicensed driving, drunk driving, drug use, dangerous driving or other illegal behaviors (according to insurance company standards)

  4. Exceeding the lease term or damage caused by negligent use or management

  5. If you intentionally delete the dashcam data, you will be responsible for any tire blowouts or glass damage caused by flying stones during the rental period.

  6. You are also responsible for damages caused by pranks or hit-and-run accidents by unknown persons during the rental period.

  7. The above insurance is for the parties involved in the accident or passengers and does not include protection for rental vehicles.

  8. If the car insurance you purchase includes the "Special Agreement for Driving by Others (Current Value)", you will be covered.)

  9. Please note that damage to vehicle equipment is not covered by vehicle insurance.)

  10. Damage to vehicle interior and rental equipment.

About NOC and other

(*NOC=Non-operating expenses)

In the event of an accident, theft or breakdown during the rental period, the vehicle will be repaired/cleaned within 4 days, regardless of the damage, and the damage will be compensated as part of the business. You will need to pay the following fixed amount. If it takes longer, we will notify you separately.

1. If you can return on your own: 150,000 yen

2. If you are unable to return on your own: 300,000 yen

※The above amount does not vary by vehicle type.

  • NOC is not covered by insurance and is your responsibility regardless of the circumstances.

  • If you are unable to return by yourself, you will need to pay additional transportation costs such as towing fees and personnel costs.

  • Even if you can return the item by yourself, if you cannot return it by yourself, it will be deemed that you cannot return it by yourself.

  • All our vehicles are non-smoking vehicles (including the use of electronic cigarettes such as IQOS or lighting cigars or incense that produce generally unpleasant odors). If smoking behavior or traces are found in the vehicle, you will need to pay for cleaning and deodorization fees, and you will also need to pay the NOC.

  • At the same time, we will report violations to relevant industry organizations.

  • If the repairs take longer than five days, in addition to the NOC, you will also have to pay the usual daily charges for each vehicle from the fifth day after the accident until the day before the repairs are completed and operational.

  • In the event of a total loss in the accident, in addition to the NOC, you will also be required to pay the usual daily charges for each vehicle from the fifth day after the accident until the day before the replacement vehicle becomes operational.
