
Car rental and return process
Select car model
Go to the car model introduction page and select the camper model that suits you
Fill in the information and pay
Complete the reservation form, submit it and wait for review. After review, make payment
Refueling and vehicle inspection
Before returning the vehicle after the trip, go to the nearest gas station to fill up the tank.
Select date
Check the vehicle calendar and select the date you need
Arrive and pick up the car
Arrive in Hokkaido and inspect and pick up the car at the designated location, then start your journey
Complete the car return
Check the vehicle and fuel tank, complete the vehicle inspection and return the vehicle
Cancellation Refund Policy

Refund Instructions
Please note that the cancellation date is 23:59 Japan time on the same day.
The refund amount will be deducted from the cancellation fee and handling fee (1,100 yen including tax).
If you shorten the number of days after the reservation is confirmed and paid, the shortened number of days will also be charged the corresponding fee according to the cancellation regulations.
If you make a major change to your reservation, it will be considered a cancellation and you will need to re-book. In this case, you will still be required to bear the relevant fees according to the cancellation regulations.
If the itinerary is changed or the use of the service is stopped due to personal reasons after departure (including termination of the contract due to accidents caused by the customer), the difference will not be refunded.
Please note that we will not be able to process emails, faxes or phone calls sent outside of business hours.
The above refund rules do not apply to promotional or discounted prices. Promotional and discounted prices are calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Delays will incur a delay fee
If you fail to contact us in advance and exceed the scheduled return time, you will need to pay twice the extension fee as late payment.

Delay charges will be charged regardless of the reason, such as traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, poor health, etc.
If you are arriving later than your scheduled time, please be sure to call us to let us know you will be arriving later than scheduled.
In the unlikely event that we do not contact you before closing time and the scheduled time is exceeded, the product will be returned after store opening time on the next business day and a one-day extension fee will be charged.
If we do not notify you in advance, you will be required to pay the daily rate plus any excess charges up to that point.
(If the scheduled return time is 18:00 on the same day, but it is returned at 10:00 the next day, there will be a 16-hour delay.)
In order to ensure that the next renter has enough time, we will keep at least 2 hours between each rental. However, if your delayed return affects the next renter, you will be required to pay a business compensation fee of up to 150,000 yen.
